Where can I buy spare parts for an old BMW?

I want to sell my S reg BMW but some silly twat has nicked one of the small grills from the front by the number plate. A friend said I should try going to a car scrap yard to find a replacement grill but I think the chances of me finding one that fits exactly will be very unlikely. Would a BMW garage be able to find one for me?

    The grill wouldnt hesitate to try salvage yard first because it would be less expensive.
