Do BMW always need to have the front end bushings replaced around 130k miles or eventually?

The car is a 1997 328is and has 117 miles. It has been upgraded with coil overs and sway bar and exhaust and some parts added to the engine. Is it worth 6.5k?

    The car it was normal to need to say whether that dont get it surprise had to need to need to say whether that dont get it surprise surprise had to replace the job and will not charge as.
